Posting pictures & graphics on the forum

We allow you to post pictures or graphics on the forum. However, you must host the picture or graphic from your own webspace.

You can host pictures and graphics from the free space your ISP provides you. You could also use one of the many free hosting sites (Imageshack, Photobucket, Tinypic...there are many others out there!) Another option would be hosting from webspace or a server you own or have rightful access to.

HOTLINKING IS NOT ALLOWED! (See more on hotlinking here.)

Any picture or graphic found to be hotlinked from another site, this includes your external avatar or anything in your signature, will be removed. If any member continues the practice of hotlinking, you risk losing access the EK Forum for several days or weeks, and perhaps indefinitely if you choose to continually break this rule.

Posting pictures:

While writing a post, click on the button that looks like this , right above the Smileys, bottom row, second from left. Then put the full url in between the code.

Should look similar to this in your post. (These are just examples):

[img]http://www.yourpictureurl.com/images/mypicture.jpg[/img]


[img]http://www.yourpictureurl.com/images/edsplacerules.gif[/img]


The address of your picture needs to always go in between the "img" tags.
